I think about you all day long,
In quiet lulls and lilting song,
I think about you all day long.
I always ever have so thought,
Before I knew your name I sought,
I always ever have so thought.
The silences redound with song,
Those cataracts of thunderous throng,
And I think about you all day long.
Years come and go, an avalanche,
Days sprout like leaves that spin and dance,
Years come and go, an avalanche.
And on that day that is my last
The culmination of my past
I’ll think about you…
All Day Long
This is magnificent! Absolutely loved it. Reowr!
I KNOW!! Omg, I recall when I wrote this? It just poured out in one piece…my oldest daughter was at college and I called her to read it, and she burst into tears. It was the best critique I have ever received.
My favorite part is the last part…
And on that day that is my last
The culmination of my past
I’ll think about you…
All Day Long
Like…really, what else is worthy of our last day?
I am soo sorry I never replied to your comment…I was so broken then, and just was reviewing this. Thank you so very graciously for your compliment. I am honored!

This is perfectly sweet and lovely! ❤ I adore this.
Thank you Rache…this one felt “just right” as it came.
